Unreliable - prebooked car didn't show up

Do not use this company unless you want to get stranded. I prebooked a car to collect me at Gatwick. Confirmation email had all the correct info but nevertheless the car wasn't there. I called the office who said there was an error somewhere inexplicable and somehow the booking was wrong. I'm stranded at Gatwick because of this unreliable company.
